Thai Massage
These are only a few of the moves/positions that may be done during your Thai Massage session. There are hundreds of variations making each massage truly unique.
This was filmed in beautiful Chiang Mai, Thailand. I spent 5 weeks immersing myself in the culture - learning and experiencing as much as I possibly could fit in. It was a life changing trip and I'm so thankful to have been able to study amongst some of the best instructors in my profession.

Chi Nei Tsang
Chi Nei Tsang is an ancient Taoist form of abdominal bodywork that supports digestion, circulation, lymphatic flow, nervous system balance and releasing deep tension stored in the core.
Stress, emotions, surgeries, posture, injuries and everyday life all leave their mark on the body. The abdomen often carries more than people realize. This work helps create space and is a comprehensive approach to supporting detoxification, restoring flow, strengthening the internal organs and helping the body feel more balanced, energiezed and connected.
This protocol is part of the lineage of Banjong Khun Ni, master teacher of abdominal massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
