I have recently studied abroad in Thailand and I plan to release some new services soon! There will be a package inspired by Thai Royalty as well as new treatments based off of what I studied and the massages I experienced. I'm so excited to share with you the beauty of Thailand within our Appalachian Mountains!

Thai Massage is a powerful, ancient tradition dating back 2500 years. It combines yoga, acupressure, rocking, rhythmic compression, stretching and slow, deliberate movements to create a fully holistic experience. You do not need to be flexible to receive this type of massage. Each session is comprised of fluid movements and is tailored to what is currently going on with your body. A gentle or deep approach can be taken depending on your preference.

Thai Massage is a continual journey and aims to reverse the body's chronic and unconscious holding patterns where tension and pain linger. This massage is performed wearing loose-fitting clothing on a comfortable, thick padded floor mat and is heated during the cooler months.

Chi Nei Tsang

Chi Nei Tsang is a traditional, holistic abdominal therapy that works deeply within the body to release stagnant energy, stored emotions, trauma, and physical tension held in the belly—often considered the body’s energetic center. Developed by Taoist monks to detoxify and strengthen the body, Chi Nei Tsang translates to “working the energy of the internal organs.”

In this practice, each organ is understood to carry both physical function and stored emotional experience. Unprocessed emotions, chronic stress, injury, and environmental toxins can accumulate over time, contributing to restriction and imbalance within the body’s systems. Through focused, intentional touch, Chi Nei Tsang supports the release of these blockages, helping to restore the natural flow of chi (vital energy) and support healthy organ function.

This work can stimulate digestion, circulation, and detoxification pathways while also supporting emotional release and overall regulation. By addressing the body at both a physical and energetic level, Chi Nei Tsang encourages a deeper connection between body, mind, and spirit—supporting vitality, resilience, and inner balance.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a powerful healing modality that helps promote balance and well being for the body, mind & spirit. There are zones & reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all parts of the body. Using specific techniques to apply pressure & stimulate these specific points which correspond to the organs, glands & other structures of the body allows blocked energy & the buildup of toxins to release, promoting a healing response in every organ, gland and body system.

This aids the body in improving circulation, encourages lymphatic drainage, stimulates nerve pathways, can help with chronic pain, anxiety and tension, digestive disorders, arthritis, fatigue, headaches, insomnia, menopausal discomfort, pms & sciatica.
