Policies
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. Everything Zen: A Therapeutic Oasis reserves the right to charge 100% of the scheduled service fee on the card we have on file if you do not show for your appointment with no prior contact or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment.
If you have scheduled with a gift certificate and do not show for your appointment with no prior contact, Everything Zen: A Therapeutic Oasis has the right to void the gift certificate for the amount of the service missed which will nullify any future use for that amount.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you, if you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate following clients who have also scheduled. The full fee will be required regardless of the length of session given, nonetheless, we will do our best to accommodate the scheduled time.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be extended past the expiration date stated (typically 1 year from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified).

Booking Information
Please schedule your appointment online whenever possible. Appointments may be scheduled up to 2½ months in advance. If you don't see an appointment that works for you, select Join Waitlist in the booking section and choose your preferred date and time range. You'll receive a text notification if an opening becomes available. You may also call or text to schedule an appointment, although online booking is typically the fastest and easiest way to find and reserve an available appointment.
