I'm Sarah Shuler, owner and sole practitioner at Everything Zen: A Therapeutic Oasis and I've been a licensed massage and bodywork therapist since 2015.
I specialize in Thai Massage which heavily influences each of my sessions. I am obsessed with learning and continually study and seek out both unique and traditional techniques of healing arts and modalities of massage broadening my knowledge and skill set so that I can be of the utmost benefit to each of my clients.

To me massage is holistic; embodying the present in a beautiful dance, fluidly and intuitively, dissipating physical and mental tensions. My intent is to keep you present in the moment, aware of the effects felt from the massage while simultaneously allowing you to surrender into a zenful, meditative state.
I want you to have a greater sense of self embodiment and connectedness, fully allowing yourself to let go and experience caring for yourself through a harmonious and synergistic art form. Thank you for trusting and allowing me to be a part of your healing journey.
