We understand that unforeseen events or circumstances may arise.
Time is very valuable to both client and therapist and it is our intention to be fair and effective to all clients, in doing so the following policies are endorsed:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment, this allows the opportunity for others to schedule. *Inclement weather is an exception to this policy*
If a scheduled appointment is forgotten or forgone without notice or contact, you're responsible for 100% of the scheduled service fee prior to receiving your next scheduled session.
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you, if you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate following clients who have also scheduled.
The full fee will be required regardless of the length of session given. Nonetheless, we will do our best to accommodate the scheduled time. Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment to ensure you receive your full session time, if you're a new client arrive 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork before we begin.
We accept all major credit cards, checks or cash.
Full payment is due at the time of service provided, we do not hold checks.
Gift Certificates will not be extended past the expiration date stated (typically 1 year from the purchase date, unless otherwise specified). Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Clients under the age of 18 are permitted to receive massage with written consent from the parent/legal guardian.
Clients age 14 and under, the parent/legal guardian must always be present in the treatment room. If both client and parent are comfortable, clients 15-17 years of age may be in the treatment room by themselves.
